We are looking for new deck and fence subcontractors. If you are an owner-operator who produces high-quality work, I have a number of projects for you. Most of our projects are higher-end 2 weeks to 2 months of work. We mainly build high-end decks with pergolas, kitchens and other multi-level projects. Most jobs are labor-only, with materials supplied. However, this varies occasionally. We are also looking for crews that just do fences. If you want to be considered for fence only jobs, please indicate fence, or deck, or deck AND fence in your email reply Minimum qualifications for deck or fence crews: -Significant deck (or fence) construction experience mandatory, images and references that show quality work will be required -Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a professional manner. Interactions with the customers will be minimal, but sometimes necessary -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Sub-contractors will be responsible for the day to day direction on the job site -Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right - no shortcuts! -Any build problems will be addressed before moving forward with other work -Must be dependable and honest -Must possess reliable transportation Please submit an email for pay information
