I manage quite a few properties and am preparing to start a 1500 sq ft 2 story room addition shortly. I need a reliable, skilled guy who wants to work evenings and weekends. I self perform most trades so you would need to be experienced in building from the ground up. I don't expect you to be journeyman level in all trades but you need to be a hard worker and willing to do pretty much any task that is set before you. Including demo, footings, plumbing, framing, roofing, setting doors and windows and on and on. Reliability is a must... Quality of work is important - no hack work will be accepted. Project will be starting in approximately 6 weeks and run for 6 months. We'll work from 4:30 to dark during the week and usually 10 hours on Saturday. Sundays we try to find something quiet to do for about 4 hours. Gotta respect the neighbors ya know. Respond to this ad if you're interested.
