Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience, has a valid drivers license. Such an individual would qualify for more compensation. We service mostly Residential homes/Commercial Properties in the area which means the properties have to look manicured. Our clients will not tolerate anything less the most professional quality. This means we have to always deliver five-star work, each and every day. This means clean/thin edging, clean mows at the right height (no clumps), the lawn mowed several times if necessary, and precise trimming. Our ideal candidate is someone who can drive a truck and trailer and is looking for long term employment. Experience is required. If you are inexperienced, we will have to train you. Do not expect the pay of experienced employees. Please do not respond and say you have experience and you DO NOT. It is easily identifiable, and you will be asked to leave. Must be able to show up on time 8 am or 9 am depending on weather. Must be able to use string trimmer properly Must be able to push mow properly Must be able to work efficient and quickly Must pay close attention to detail Experience using zero turn mowers is a plus. Please respond answering the following questions. How many years of lawn care experience do you have? What company did you work for in the past? What piece of equipment do/did you use often? What are your strengths and weakness in lawn maintenance? Do you have reliable transportation to work? Do you have any obstacles to prevent you from coming to work daily, and on time? Are you willing to work some weekends? Do you have a license, if so how is your driving record? Pay is based on performance. Starting pay is $12 per hour with fast pay increases. Exceptional individuals/individuals with demonstrable experience qualify for more compensation. Pay is every two weeks, one week in the hole, and taxes are deducted. We do not offer cash advances. 30-40hrs per week. Individuals who show good work ethic will receive the most hours. Anyone who displays less than favorable work ethic or quality will be quickly terminated. Please understand that we are a professional lawn care company and are looking to hire respectable and hardworking individuals. We will not tolerate unprofessionalism. Irresponsible people will be terminated. This is a job requiring a lot of physical effort and endurance.
