Gilb Landscaping is hiring! Our work is primarily in landscape construction and landscape installation. We do not cut grass or do tree work. Every job is unique and presents a new challenge, there is little to no repetition. We are a family owned and operated business with a great culture that rewards hard work. We pay more than any landscaper in town!!! Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Acceptable experience that will lead to higher starting pay is considered to be over 2 years of landscape installation and/or landscape construction experience for a reputable company. You must be drug free and have a valid driver's license. Pre-hire drug screening is mandatory. If you do not have a driver's license, you may be considered for a position as a non-driving crew member at a lower rate of pay. To apply for a supervisor position you must have two years of experience running crews in landscape construction and/or installation for a reputable company.
