missing roof shingles needs replacement

I need a few missing or loose (5 - 10) roof shingles replaced and/or re-glued. Please this is a cash carry transaction no insurance application/policy involved. Some are asking me if I have the missing shingles? I do not have the missing tiles they all blew away.
