We are searching for a responsible, self-motivated person to be our new Landscape Foreman. The Landscape Foreman's responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe driving record, driving trucks and trailers (this includeds backing trailers up), being able to run all lawn equipment such as mowers, zero turn and walk behinds, edgers, weedwackers, hedge clippers, blowers, etc... monitoring and training workers and supervising the use of equipment. You should also be able to work in Florida weather; hot or cold/rain or shine. Landscape Foreman Responsibilities: Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment Training new crew members Assessing progress and making recommendations Completing landscape installations Overseeing maintenance of lawns and gardens, and ensuring proper use of lawn equipment Having an eye for detail Completing inventory checks and equipment Please be responsible, clean and sober.
