Family Owned Central Ohio RV Dealership is looking for SEVERAL individuals to join our Detail/Cleaning Team. This team is responsible the clean presentation of all sold units, all inventory RV's and the showroom/office portion of the main building. The cleaning we do is similar to home cleaning since these are essentially a house on wheels.
Work hours are M-F 8-4:30 with 30min lunch. Hourly rate paid bi-weekly with opportunity for monthly incentives based on unit goals and customer satisfaction surveys. 90 day performance review that can affect pay and an annual wage review program. We have 6 paid holidays, close for a week at Christmas and you start earning leave time with in 30 days of your start date at a rate of 1 day per 30 days. We offer major medical, dental, vision, long/short term disability and life insurance. We have matching 401K that you are eligible with after one year of service.
