Please respond with your resume. Looking for an energetic, motivated, self starter who likes stay on the go to join our team. A part time maintenance position is available in a senior apartment building located in Lansing. Qualified applicants will have minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC knowledge as well as janitorial skills. On call duties required and you must reside within a 45 minute commute. Approximately 20 hours per week, 3-5 days, afternoon/evening hours. Driver's license/insured vehicle required. High school diploma or equivalent required. EOE
