Qualification Requirements • Willingness to join Local Union 701 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers • Must have valid driver’s license and excellent driving record • Experience in welding, electrical and general construction preferred • Installation experience of exterior or interior electrical signage preferred but not required • Looking for career-minded individuals; must be a Team Player • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Job requires lifting, must be able to lift +50lbs • Must be physically able to safely perform the physical requirements of this position • Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail is a must! • Quick learner who enjoys troubleshooting problems and finding solutions independently Duties and Responsibilities • Assist the lead installer in the installation of signs and various support structures. • Assist in the loading and unloading of signs and other related materials. • Perform general maintenance on company trucks and equipment. This includes the general appearance both inside and outside of the trucks, as well as general care and security of company vehicles and equipment. • Performs necessary housekeeping activities; this includes, but is not limited to, the picking up of all debris that results from installation activities. This includes proper storage of all materials and equipment when they are not in use. • Complete all paperwork as required by management such as work orders, material lists, etc. • Complete all work activities demonstrating attention to high quality, precise and detailed work. • Demonstrate professionalism in the workplace as well as on all job sites. • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours if required by management. • Attend all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
