Growing company in North Tampa is seeking positive minded applicants to begin a career path in the swimming pool cleaning industry. Will train motivated, punctual applicants with a positive attitude to maintain a swimming pool route in North Tampa. Benefits Include: -4 day work week (Tuesday-Friday), 3 day weekend every week -2 week paid vacation after probationary period -4 personal days after probationary period -Work truck, uniforms, all needed tools and equipment provided Job duties include: -Testing pool water. -Applying chemicals needed to properly balance pool water -Cleaning, brushing and vacuuming pools -Cleaning and backwashing filters -Completing service reports after servicing each pool -Communicating with customers in a professional manner Job requirements include: -This position requires a common sense methodical approach to assess water balance challenges and mechanic pool equipment issues that will arise in the field -Must be able to pass a background check -Driving record Must have no more than 1 moving violation in the past 5 years -Excellent interpersonal skills are a must Please respond to this ad or Call David to be considered 813-263-6549
