Here is what the career is: You will start as a technician with the goal of being a crew leader. Starting pay will be $15/hr plus tips and bonuses with the potential to earn much more. Once you are competent as a technician you will be trained to be a crew leader and trained to manage other team members. As we are a growing company, there will be other paths such as sales and operations management. You will have on the job training learning about company culture, safety, how to properly drive a van, safely clean windows using various different tools and methods. You will also be trained to soft wash houses and pressure wash various types of surfaces. (Must be able to lift 75 lbs and be able to carry ladders safely. Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on roofs.) If this sounds like a career for you please follow these instructions carefully.
