The leading Event Rental company in Tallahassee is looking to fill multiple positions. TENT CLEANER -Must be able to lift 80+lbs. -Must be able to work outside in the hot or cold. We do not clean tents outside in bad weather. -Must be able to also help the crew with install if necessary. -Must be 21+ due to insurance. WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER Objectives of this Role -Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals -Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management -Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics -Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Skills and Qualifications -High school diploma or GED -3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees -Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy -Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities -Ability to work with all levels of company staff Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30 but hours will vary based on events. PARTY PRO INSTALLATION CREW • Schedule changes weekly based on events, must be available nights and weekends. • Pay negotiable depending on experience. • Must be flexible, reliable, punctual and conscientious. • Must be diligent with care of equipment, completing job correctly and in a timely manner. • Delivery, set-up and break-down of tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, trade show items and more. Requirements: • Insurance requires that you be 21+ in order to drive our vehicles. • MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE!!!! Proof of a clean 3-year driving record. Must pass background check. • Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. and do physically demanding work outside in the heat, rain and cold. All positions require a clean driving record for the last 3 years as well as a valid drivers license. You must also be 21+ and will be required to have a working cell phone on you at all times. Pay is negotiable.
