C2 Urban Garden Design is a full service landscape design, installation and maintenance firm. Our business is growing and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill a Crew position. This is a full-time year round position. We are seeking someone who loves gardening and plans to do it for a while. Our accounts are all residential located in Seattle and the greater Eastside. We are committed to sustainable design, organic maintenance and solutions that work with our Pacific NW climate. Strong plant id, pruning skills and understanding of sound horticultural practices are required. This job is physically demanding and you must like to work outside in all kinds of weather. It is very important that you take pride in your work, and like communicating with clients and other crewmembers. Must be dependable and have a WSDL with a clean driving record and have the ability to drive a truck and/or truck with trailer.
