Boat Detailing Position available starting early April Established company, in business since 1996, looking for a Boat Detail crew member for April – October work. This job is perfect for a quality person who is hard working, reliable and self-motivated. I am extremely flexible with scheduling. Weather is a HUGE factor as we work outdoors, and can offer 3 days a week minimum. The areas we service are primarily in Jefferson County. Occasionally, we work in Poulsbo, Indianola and Bainbridge. We typically concentrate on 1 boat at a time so the jobsites can change weekly. Most quality detailing takes 4-14 days. Candidate should be: -Physically fit capable of lifting 20 lbs. -Agile and reliable (must be on time) -Comfortable and trustworthy working alone -Have reliable transportation -Preferably nonsmoker (there is no smoking on the docks or boats) -No experience necessary Must provide: -2 References -Permission to do background check We are COVID safe, always. Working on medium to large vessels, personal space is not an issue. in addition, we are working outside in the fresh air. PAY Starting pay 1st week $15. for training / to get acquainted and some time to see if we work well together. 2nd week @ $17. per hour with $1 monthly increases until $22 per hour.
