Need help installing new shower faucet lever

I'm looking for someone to install a new shower faucet lever, it came off last night. One of the screws is stripped at the head so the plate wont come off. I will provide the faucet lever or if you want to give me a price with supplies thats fine too. I need this done today ASAP Realistically, its a very quick job, I just dont have the right tools to complete it. Ill pay $50 to someone who can install this, its a quick install if you can get the stripped screw out
