Looking for Handy man/ Property manager for private Estate in Redlands. Not looking for someone to do clerical parts of property management as this is a privately owned estate. Must have experience in this type of work or with the tasks listed. Mainly want someone local who can manage property by fixing things around home. Must be reliable, honest, experienced, efficient and able to lift 50+ pounds. This is an older estate so there’s always tasks popping up to do such as but not limited to: - fixing lights (changing bulbs) - replacing things such as doors - fixing anything that are causing issues - other small fixes, as there are a lot of little things TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: flexible schedule. schedule will be made prior to hire on Temp: this specific position will be temporary (Month or so) but will open other opportunities in help needed!
