Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Dependable Finish Carpenter/ Decor Installer! Our Customer- A Leading Construction firm specializing in Commercial Decor Installation & Interior Improvements, is seeking an Experienced Finish Carpenter with Superior Finish-level skills. This is a Full-time position that requires schedule flexibility and the ability to work long hours as needed for project completion. Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of Finish Carpentry experience, be willing and able to perform construction duties for long periods of time, and be able to effectively perform all duties required with little supervision, as well as stay on-time and under budget. Responsibilities: • Be trained, then Lead a crew of 2-3 employees to complete commercial installation of Decor, Seating and Millwork projects. • Utilizing temp workers as needed. • Travel to various locations multiple times a month during busy season. Primarily along the Wasatch Front/ Salt Lake Valley(Utah) • Represent the company and owner with professionalism and perform duties with the utmost integrity and ethics. • Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements: • MUST have current driver's license and personal car insurance • MUST pass a drug screen • MUST pass a background check* (Felonies considered on a case by case basis- no Violent or sex related felons) • Prefer you have general construction tools and safety equip(boots, glasses, etc) Pay: $20-$23/ hr poss.
