At Sadler Electric, a good portion of our work deals with traffic lighting. Work Includes Traffic intersections (street lights, traffic signals and traffic signal control systems) Highway/street lighting ITS infrastructure and highway guide Signs in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area Running/trenching conduit The pulling and installation of wire Pole construction/mounting Installation/termination of different devices (street light heads, traffic signals, electrical cabinets, transformers, etc.) Majority of the work is outside. However, this is a full year position. There is always work during the cold, or other inclement weather, inside of our shop available. Accepting application for Journeyman (with current Nebraska or reciprocal license). Also accept 3rd and 4th year Apprentices working toward their Journeyman license. ** Sadler Electric pays employees for getting a CDL on company time. Testing done on company time, as well as a raise upon completion. Sadler Electric also gives employees a 1/2 day PTO for every month of perfect attendance with regard to our attendance policy.**
