Our company needs a full time and part time maintenance man or women to join our team. We are a property management company with over 200 properties throughout the Kansas City Missouri and Kansas City Kansas area. Please read details below before responding to this post. We are looking to start someone before the 1st of April if not sooner. Salary per month depends on knowledge and experience, this will be discussed further offered employment. Schedule's vary. Applicant may be required to pass a preemployment drug screen before offered a position. After thirty days of employment the employee will be eligible for a reduced rent apartment within our company. Duties Include: Painting Dry Wall Repair Dry Wall Hanging Basic Plumbing Basic Electrical Window Installation Door Installation Bathroom Resurface Toilet/Wax Ring Installation/Replacement Appliance Installation Minor Furnace Issues Minor Water Heater Issues Trash Removal Prepare Make Ready Units Tenant Requested Maintenance work orders completed. Landscaping Emergency Maintenance afterhours Groundkeeper Duties Change Locks/Drill out Locks.
