Classic City is an Athens based company with over 14 years servicing the FF&E Installation & Extraction needs of student housing and hospitality industries. The Opportunity: • Seasonal & Non-Seasonal Positions • Competitive Pay • Food Stipend • 401k • Downtime Pay • National Projects (Travel Required) • Physically Demanding Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide leadership through decision making, problem solving, record keeping and operational support • Utilize our operational processes and protocols to analyze and resolve problems and determine appropriate action • Assure accountability and stewardship of company resources (material, financial, and human) in compliance with company standards • Provide supervision of temporary laborers during FF&E extraction, installation and liquidation operations to ensure safe and efficient operations Knowledge and Skills: The Supervisor will have the opportunity to gain significant knowledge and understanding in Project Management, Logistics, and FF&E Installation. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate this to others • Demonstrated skills in employee supervision with a focus on budget, time, and personnel management • Interpersonal skills to effectively motivate others - ability to lead change and innovation • A basic knowledge of tablets and common computer applications such as Numbers, Pages, & Keynote • Solid organizational and customer service skills to effectively manage operational relationships Specific skills include: • Ability to multi-task • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Ability to travel frequently for durations of 5 days to 5 weeks • Train, lead and motivate subordinates, delegate responsibilities and provide evaluations of their performances • Develop group cohesiveness Supervisors must perform the duties as outlined in the Supervisor Job Description in addition to their regular work assignments, which comply with the labor agreements, company policies, and laws to create a cooperative, safe, respectful and quality work environment.
