Titicus Creek Windows & Doors Window Technician/ Technician Assistant Responsibilities Interact with customers in a professional manner Repair and/or install window and doors as instructed Acquire information and measurements to order parts Load materials (up to 100 lbs) into truck Responsible for ensuring that all product testing, troubleshooting, and repair are completed properly, to the satisfaction of our customers, and in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications. Job Requirements Complete projects given in a timely and accurate manner Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Keep company vehicle clean and free of debris Provide exceptional customer service by being polite and courteous at all times. Willingness to work various hours and adapt to schedule changes Strong verbal and communication skills Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude Working knowledge of general construction concepts Skills with common hand/power tools for repair and installation Tools Hand tool bag with drill and essential tools to repair window and doors. This is an on-site service company where employees conduct product testing, troubleshooting and are responsible for acquiring all information to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
