Come visit sweet Phoenix in Palm Coast. He is currently living at Petsmart since March 7 and was surrendered on OMG - July 13 of last year!!! He came is severely unweight and his owner did not pursue his digestive issue at the vets so he was surrendered because it was deemeded a behavioral issue to sometimes miss his litter box due to his diarrhea. He has been at the shelter for so long because the vet had to find out his issue and it is that his sensitive stomach requires Royal Canine Gastrointestinal dry food - no wet food for him. ADOPTER MUST FEED HIM THIS. In the future, the adopter can continue to get the prescription to purchase his food at Flagler Humane Society free of charge. He has also been overlooked because he is black as all the "pretty" cats are adopted before him...so sad to have to wait so long... Phoenix is in search of his forever love!
