Warehouse Associate that can pick/pack and ship for Ecommerce startup

I have an e-commerce business that's growing and I need help to prepare and package some products that I'll ship out to customers. The ideal candidate will have some experience with this, be willing to hit the ground running and comfortable with lifting relatively heavy boxes. More importantly, the ideal candidate will have a bright and positive attitude and be willing to complete all assigned tasks. I just moved to a new warehouse in Passaic and have not even unloaded all my stuff yet so we'll need to unload all the products, itemize and catalog them, put up shelves, label the shelves and do an inventory count to make sure that all the items are accounted for and the quantity correctly entered in our custom system. The warehouse is on the fourth floor of an industrial building. Please note that it gets pretty cold there so you'll need to really bundle up! As I mentioned, I literally just moved there so I'm figuring the place out. There'll be a place to pack orders with ample heat but I just want to make sure you're aware as it is generally cold otherwise. I'll give you the printed orders, show you the products and walk you through how to pack and ship them. Attention to detail is extremely critical since each item needs to be labeled and packed correctly. I cannot guarantee hours on an ongoing basis for now but if we work out well, there's a chance for this to be a long term project. To start with, we'll do six hours a day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Also, payment will be made via Zelle so please make sure you're comfortable with that before replying.
