I need to rehome our 9 month old male ferret. I love him so much but I have 2 reasons I can't keep him anymore.. One is my daughter whom I bought him for refuses to take care of him. She wont let him out of his cage in her room and I think that's cruel because I don't like caging animals 100% of the time. She is 15 and is too focused on other things. The second reason is I have 2 new puppies now and they have a doggie door so I can't let the ferret roam free in the house when he is awake (they sleep like 20 hours a day btw) like I have been since she won't lrt him out because he will go straight out the pet door. Hes so sweet and he's so funny but something has to give. I've spent over 600 on this guy and his cage and stuff but it is what it is.
