Rehoming Blue/Texas Heeler

At this time I am rehoming my 10month (will be 11 months on the 20th), 44lb Texas Heeler, not yet neutered. He’s really a good dog, just very very active and my due to my iffy spinal health, his energy takes a toll on me even when/after we play. He’s still learning the basics though but could use a refresher as far as walk and guest etiquette. Well potty trained and friendly with other dogs, kids and all adults. I have a lot of indoor and outdoor accessories/toys, food/treats and a few crates as he outgrew the medium one we originally bought for him when he was tinier. I am willing to rehome him for $200 as he does need to be updated on shots. If you could please just let me know your home situation like if you have a home with other animals or a farm? I would love for him to be with a good, larger family with other happy pets/animals to interact and work with. Thank you!
