FT (WITH HOUSING INCLUDED) Janitor/Cleaner position available immediately. THIS POSITION INCLUDES A COMPETTIVE SALARY PLUS HOUSING. The housing is a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment with two other occupants. Occupants share a kitchen and general living space. Each occupant is responsible for 1/3 of all utilities each month. Job duties include general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, clean windows and bathrooms, and any other duties associated with janitorial services in a commercial office setting. This position includes days, evenings, and weekends. Applicant must be responsible, motivated, reliable and a detailed oriented person. Bi-lingual is a plus.
