Does anyone near North Fort Myers make their own jerky in a dehydrator (I do not have a smoker)? I am just a beginner but I have tools (Excalibur and jerky gun with attachments and one good recipe) and I've made excellent jerky exactly once :D. I already know that I prefer fractionated jerky (this means starting with ground meat) but I am willing to explore. I would also be interested in dehydrating homemade spices - especially paprika and the Italian spices. I just thought it would be nice to have a mentor or co-conspirator, haha. Thanks!
