Description
General handyman and maintenance tasks for multiple condominium associations, 20 - 30 hours per week. Tasks include pressure washing, cleaning, repairs, policing the grounds for trash, painting, and other maintenance as needed. Hotel, condo or motel maintenance experience a plus. Must have own tools. A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to pass a background check. Please e-mail resume or work experience. Must be able to start immediately.
