Aloha! I am mother of 3 school-aged children with a BED in Elementary and Special Education. I have worked with children since I was 18 as a tutor, DOE teacher, and most recently, a child care provider! I believe that quality early childhood care and education is a partnership between parents and providers. Through this partnership, I strive to be an extension of your family's child-rearing values to provide a safe environment where your child feels loved and secure. I believe the bonds that children form in their early years deeply impacts their development. Optimizing these early years of a child's life is the best investment we can make in ensuring their future success! With a low 1:2 caregiver to child ratio, I am able to provide your child with the love and attention that he/she deserves. I am also able to tailor our daily schedule (e.g. naps, eating times, activities etc.) to your child's needs. Furthermore, I plan a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and foster an environment where children are free to explore and learn through play. I have openings for one child on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I am loving, patient, and reliable and would love the opportunity to care for your little one! I look forward to hearing from you!
