We are: -Guitarist (31) and Bassist (30) seeking band mates for a new project. -Me (guitarist) writes and sings songs. My guitar is heavily chorused and affected. Wobbly spacey tones. Bassist plays driving/thumpy basslines. Slow and fast tempos. -WE WANT TO PLAY POP SONGS, PLAY SHOWS, CONNECT TO OTHER LOCAL BANDS, BE A UNIT/TEAM who work together to reach our goals. -We love jangle pop / math rock / dream pop / shoegaze / alt-rock / surf (both genre and hobby) / indie ---> There are elements of each of these in the music we play. We don't create rules. You are: -A GOOD PERSON and committed to the team -Able to play locals shows at 1x per month when shows reopen. Maybe more down the line. -Plays to accompany the band and LISTENS -Can rehearse weekly -Able to be around people and bands who party infrequently. You may not necessarily partake, but don't be holier-than-thou. -DRUMMER--> on-time/on-beat, dynamic, excitable, band awareness to change into different parts, able to play odd meter if needed -KEYS--> 80s synths or influences/approach (ie. juno106, dx7), can play lush chords to fill in sound, play melody lines/motifs when needed.
