Before coming to Mass, please take this simple screening questionnaire for COVID-19. In order to successfully pass screening, a person must be able to answer “No” to each of these questions. A “Yes” to even one question is a failed screening. IF you fail the screening, please stay home until you are better.

Been exposed to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 without the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)? Had a temperature at least 100.4°F? Had new or increased shortness of breath or difficulty breathing? Had a new cough? In support of every Mass, the Hospitality Team serves in three important and required activities.
