As the weather starts to get colder our food cravings turn towards warmth and comfort foods and nobody knows how to do comfort better than the great cooks of the south! We’ll bake cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy, poach eggs over cast iron skillets of fried potatoes, bacon and onions and make cheesy grits with garlic roasted tomatoes and onions. We’ll finish with Dutch Babies with apple bourbon raisin compote. $59
