Looking for an experience Carpenter/Construction Worker Carpenter/construction person needed to perform tasks involving physical carpentry, fabrication, assembly & odd jobs -- hiring individuals with excellent knowledge of carpentry and professional attitude NOTE: Please read the qualifications before answering for the position. QUALIFICATIONS: 1 - 5 Years Carpentry Experience 2 - Able to work independently 3 - Ability to read drawings & blueprints 4 - Diligent attention to detail 5 - Ability to solve problems and create solutions not obstacles 6 - Be punctual, with a self motivated, positive attitude (showing up on time is very important) 7 - Respectful of work space, customer relations, professional demeanor 8 - Knowledge of how to use tools safely 9 - Valid driver's license 10 - Must speak fluent English Duties include but not limited to carpentry, painting, plastering, door hardware, tile installation, heavy lifting, demolition, construction cleanup, site safety preparation, loading and unloading material, and equipment. Candidate must have basic tools: carpenter's belt for his own hammer, utility knife, gloves, 30' measuring tape. ROLE: Please note, for the right candidate, this role has the potential to turn into a full-time Construction Foreman with Full-time Pay & Benefits. COMPENSATION: Hourly wages based on skill level and aptitude for the position.
