German Shepard female to be rehomed

Our Almost 2 *She will be in May* German Shepard needs to be rehomed. We have had her over a year and here recently, Her and my other dog have been getting into it pretty bad. I don't want either of them to get hurt and as much as it breaks my heart the best thing to do is to find her a good home where she is the only dog. She is full blooded German Shepard* No papers. She is due for her yearly shots and has not been spayed. She is a Great Guard dog is and is great with our daughter. She is just getting aggressive towards other dogs around her toys and food now. There will be a 350.00 Rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a great home. I don't want someone to breed her to death either.
