Hi my name is Genelle. I'm a student at Point of View School in Portland. I'm currently studying to acquire my license as a tattoo artist. I'm from the Southern Oregon Coast area and I don't have many contacts or clients yet but I'm hoping posting here will help change that. I'll post and continue to update this listing as best I can with the art I'm making but you can also find my work on instagram @ _.genelle._ or on my website nellyneedles.square.site. Heading over to my website is also great way to book an appointment and check my availability. As a student my fee is very reasonable and covers the cost of supplies. All procedures I preform are at Point of View Tattoo School are under the supervision of my instructors. This institution and my teachers are licensed by the state. I'd also encourage any tattoo enthusiasts out there to check out the schools other talented student artists. You also have the reassurance of knowing that any procedure I do can be finished by my instructor if you feel more confident having one of them complete it. The state requires I complete 150 hours and at least 50 tattoos to qualify for my license application. No procedure is too small. As for too big I have a 6hr limit on time slots and I'm not yet skilled enough to re-stencil an unfinished piece. I have flash posted on my social media often and more is coming all the time but I'm also willing to create custom artwork if my skill and style align with your envisioned artwork.
