Description
Need someone to finish up a kitchen pantry / Wall extension project that is incomplete done. Need to:
- Remove 1 stud (non-loading bearing wall.)
- Add another stud
- Unattach (unscrew) a temporary, partially screwed in "pre-built" frame and move over about an inch and screw back into its permanent place, then:
- Attach drywall
- Add bullnose to 1 corner and 2 tops
- Mud
- Re-Attach 1 Shelf
(You * DON'T * need to wait for the mud to dry and sand or texture or paint, we'll do all. So this is NOT a 2 day job, just a couple of hours.)
This small wall extension is about 6 feet High x ~36 inches
It's not a difficult job, but you need to know how to secure the wall where the 1 stud was removed and add a header and a couple of supports on the adjacent wall to secure the new "wall" in place.
Job should take about 2 hours.
The pay is $125 and will be paid when the work is finished. We are not doing bids.
If this project goes well, we have many other projects that we need to get done.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ! (Please send your EMAIL ADDRESS and your EXPERIENCE in the framing/drywall area, we're NOT doing texts/calls. Thank you)
Please Note: This project can ONLY be done on a WEEKEND or AFTER 5:30 PM
You'll need to:
Bring your own tools and "know-how"
We'll:
Texture and Repaint
Supply all materials needed
Handle Clean Up
Pay Cash when the job is completed.
