Troy Community Works - Sneak-Peek Open House Tour of the Coleman-Allen-Saidelman Building Troy Community Works (TCW) is elated to announce that their 5-year renovation project of the historic Coleman-Allen-Saidleman Building is complete and is open for a one-time tour on February 28,2021. The community is invited for this one-time opportunity to see the “big reveal” during a Sneak-Peek Tour on the afternoon of February 28, 2021. Included in the tour are 6 unique studio apartments and 2 luxury lofts located on the 2nd & 3rd floor which will soon be leased and closed to the public.
