PCA / CNA / HHA, Home Care Aides starting today for full-time, part-time, days, nights, weekends. $100 starting bonus paid on first day of work. Caregivers start at $16.00 per hour with cash bonuses and paid mileage. Regular duty or relief staff, certified or not, many positions open now and start immediately. Franklin County based Home Health agency is looking for reliable, experienced and mature caregivers to assist our elderly customers with their daily activities (ADLs and IADLs) including bathing, washing, grooming, dressing, bathroom assistance, transfers and mobility, medication assistance, meal preparation, cooking, etc., as well as light housekeeping, making beds, laundry, companionship and recreation. Qualified caregivers will have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be able to pass criminal background checks and have verifiable experience. Additional certifications, such as CPR/ First Aid, MAP (Medication Administration Program), Supportive Care for Alzheimer's, dementia or mental illness, Standard or Universal Precautions (OSHA), HIPAA, ServSafe and others may qualify applicants for advanced positions and increased pay. All government health, safety and COVID-19 guidelines are followed. Company provides all personal protective equipment (PPEs) including masks, gloves, and any necessary equipment. Re-imbursement for work attire such as scrubs is provided.
