Hi,
I am 40+ looking for an exercise trainer to come to my house. I have used trainers in the past and it's always worked well for me but since the pandemic hit, I have not been training with anyone, so it's time to get back into it.
My goals are weight loss, increase flexibility, improve core strength. I have mats, dumbells, yoga ball, etc.
I am looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and a people person. Must be non-smoker, take care of yourself, and into fitness.
My last trainer was awesome. She helped me to stay focused and we did a lot of plank, push ups, core exercises, etc.
My family and work schedule keep me pretty busy.
Workout times would be 6am (sometimes 6:30am) during the weekday. Weekends I have more flexibility.
If this works out, my teenage son may also want to do weekly sessions with you, probably after school or on weekends.
I prefer someone relatively close to East Greenwich just for convenience sake but not necessary.

I can do $100/week for 2 sessions ($50 per session). Can start immediately.
