Looking for friendly and honest handyman to help with fixing up house a bit. Looking to start IMMEDIATELY Looking to pay Cash from $10hr to $15 to $20 hr based on purely on skill level and speed/efficiency, not looking to get hustled, have max budget's for each sets of task, will adjust pay accordingly if time is wasted. Want to repaint 3 bedrooms with closets, living room, breakfast, kitchen, and garage. Want to replace bathroom shower & tub Want to replace all old electrical outlets/switches Want to fix some bad sheetrock areas. Want to use the epoxy kit on the garage floors to make concrete look better. and landscaping. Couple thousand in labor across all tasks, great for a 2 person team to knockout in 1 week ideally. Please be descriptive in your text with what tasks you are experienced and competent with, I can tell immediately if you have no clue what you're doing.
