The intention of this workshop is to breakdown & teach 5-7 yoga poses that alleviate discomfort caused by excessive sitting.
Led by our very own, Brandon Curry, you will be taught how to safely get into and out of each pose. These yoga poses will help reduce chronic tension, increase muscle flexibility, and increase joint mobility. Feel free to ask ANY questions. Look forward to seeing you there!
