You are the attractive brunette woman that jogged past me at the Mill park and then started walking just ahead of me. I was the white guy wearing a cap. I saw you at the restroom area not long before that as I walked by. I then had to leave but we were looking at each other across the way as I was in my car. This was on Feb 26th about 3-4 pm.
