At Zita, our entire business structure is to support you, a member of our clean team. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in growing with our new business. As one of the early team members, a successful team member will transition into leading & training new cleaners/teams. Zita takes a different approach for cleaning homes. We are not your get in and get out cleaning company. Our clients join us to have a job done well, not just quickly. We’ve developed a system for cleaning homes in order to give clients consistent results and we want to hear your feedback on how to make it better. Zita uses natural, non-toxic, and eco-friendly products to keep our employees & clients safe. COVID-19 Protocol – We’ve put policies in place to keep you, your family, and clients safe during these unprecedented times. Our clean team members will be responsible for wearing/replacing masks during each cleaning, disinfecting shoes prior to entering a home, and utilizing clean tools at each home. Experience Requirements 3+ years in professional residential cleaning (required) (luxury homes preferred) Knowledge of natural cleaning agents (preferred) Knowledge of home materials and what products are safe for use (e.g. counter tops, floors, etc.) (required) Key Responsibilities: Follow Zita’s cleaning processes & procedures Deep cleans & recurring cleanings for our client’s homes Clean tools daily Requirements for hire: Legally eligible for work in U.S.A. Valid AZ Driver’s License Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance (AZ MVR) Willingness to undergo national background check Ability to lift or move items up to 30lbs Ability to use step stool (will not exceed eight feet total reach) We provide: All tools & products required for cleanings (3) Company shirts Disposable masks & gloves You’ll need to provide: Black non-slip shoes Clean black pants, daily Why work for Zita?
