On the job training for apprentice painter position. We are residential house painters specializing in long lasting paint jobs with more than 40 years experience. We are busy all year around. We have an excellent reputation and are interested in training someone eager to learn the craft and become a valued employee with great opportunity for advancement within the company. We work in the East Bay-mostly Berkeley, Oakland, El Cerrito, Albany. You need to be energetic with a positive attitude Eager to learn new skills Not afraid of hard work Able to lift at least 30 pounds and to climb ladders without hesitation Speak English ( Spanish a plus) Have a vehicle and a valid drivers license No more than 2 years of experience in the construction field.
