Local survey firm has a need for a technician to perform site surveys. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level applicant to experience new 3D scanning technology and a foot in the door to the real estate industry. You will have first-hand use of new technology to capture 3D imagery for real estate properties. Applicant must have full-time availability. Applicant must: - Have five days per week availability to survey properties (it is fine to mix weekday/weekends) - Be willing to visit properties and to wear a face mask - Have own vehicle to perform site visits - Be responsible, reliable and very detail oriented - Possess or be willing to acquire professional tools totaling approximately $200 (upon job acceptance) This is a great entry-level position for a new college graduate; however, any floor plan drafting experience or experience with a 3D camera is a plus.
