The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist will work out of the Tomales Bay Foods Warehouse, Home of the Cowgirl Creamery. In this role, you will manage the daily warehouse operations for Ecommerce fulfillment. When not focused on Ecommerce duties, the position will support other areas of warehouse operations for Wholesale distribution. Quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be key success factors. What You Need Prior experience working in warehouse operations, preferably with perishable goods  Exposure to completing order fulfillment digitally Proficiency to complete basic mathematical equations  An eye for process improvement, with an emphasis on organization and flow  Ability to multitask and work in a deadline driven, team-oriented environment Proven track record of communicating effectively and accurately, both verbally and written Experience tracking and working with warehouse KPIs (ex. error rates) What You'll Bring Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to comfortably work in variable temperature environments  Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours at a time Ability to stoop and reach on a regular basis What You'll Do Actively communicate with Warehouse Manager and Ecommerce Coordinator on daily order volume and staffing needs to complete orders  Oversee a team of 10-15 seasonal employees for 3-4 months each year  Follow and support all aspects of the TBF Food Safety Plan and HACCP program Perform daily and weekly inventory of Ecommerce components including perishables, non-perishables, supplies, and merchandise Responsible for traceability & record keeping of Ecommerce inventory Support all general warehouse activities including product preparation, box building, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment as needed Perks & Pay This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position Company-sponsored health, dental, vision, and Life/AD&D insurance, 401K, paid vacation and sick days, and a 30% discount Bonus perks like swag, coffee & treats to keep you going, and endless Cowgirl cheer!
