I agree. I would like to add that part of the reason Trump is fading away is that he did not make good on his promises. He promised some impressive things in 2016 that caught peoples attention. Then he never even tried to follow through with most of them. He attempted the border wall but fell short. He never repealed or replaced Obamacare as promised. He did not reduce violent crime rates. He lost as many manufacturing jobs as he created in America so that was a net zero gain The tax decrease for average Americans only lasted 3 years. It’s over now. He did not improve our trade position with China. In many ways he weakened out position. Trade negotiations are hurting our farmers. I also think that Americans (both Republican and Democrat) see that there is always a certain amount of shadiness that surrounds Trump. The scumbags like Steve Brannon, Mike Flynn, Jeff Sessions, Jeffrey Epstein, Roger Stone, Paul Manifort, Micheal Cohen to name a few. Americans do not trust these people. Trump hired them. Not paying his taxes makes people question trumps integrity and loyalty to our nation. Trumps petty name calling of people that oppose him. The vast majority of Americans believe that Trump is a pathological liar. Not a good trait for a president. The lies exposed on the Bob Woodward tapes. The “grab them by the P**sy” tape. The phone call trying to get the election officials in Georgia to falsify election results. Even if by some miracle Trump is not guilty of some of these things, he is certainly guilty of most of these things. Americans won’t have it. Americans want integrity in the White House. America is over the drama the lies and the BS. Some people may agree with his policies but very few people like Trump personally. THAT is why Trump has faded off into the sunset. He will reappear at times to bilk his supporters out of a few more dollars but trumps time has come and gone. The trump show is over.
