We are open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (M-F) Call now: On February 12th, 2021 the U.S. District Court’s order Lincoln Group to dissolve all its assets, free of charge, to any persons unrelated to any of its Junior Attorneys, Staff, Paralegals, and Partners. In compliance with 32 CFR § 536.63 (Settlement agreements.) The U.S. District Court has mandated Lincoln Group to donate all of our assets to the general public in fulfilment of the settlement reached. The assets excludes all client’s trust and escrow accounts. As part of our agreement, Lincoln Group is required to make public disclosure of all items, not less then three times a week for six consecutive weeks starting March 8th, 2021. This includes the full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents (excluding information that would violate Attorney- Client privilege). Additionally all assets, under Lincoln Group’s dominion and control, must be published with a detailed description. The court must approved the websites, newspapers, and or any many means accessible to notify the general public. Lincoln Group is prohibited from engaging in any acts of discrimination or accepting any moneys whatsoever. All donated assets are offered “as is” during the next six weeks. You must call while our sectary which will then ask for your email address and name to arrange a pick-up time and date.
