Looking for a certified Professional Wedding Counselor to pay hourly to fill out required Domestic Partnership Counseling Paperwork for a DOC wedding. Would prefer someone who has experience in a DOC wedding. Thank you in Advance! Counseling can be done over the phone and paperwork can be emailed for review. Final paperwork to be mailed to DOC ( postage provided by me).
