We are a landscape company that is looking to hire several reliable, hard-working laborers to joins our team! Come help us renovate beautiful lawns by mowing, aerating, dethatching, hydroseeding, etc… for our high-end clients throughout the East side communities such as Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, and more.... Job Requirements • Must be hard working, disciplined, and willing to work when the weather isn't perfect (we work in the rain!) • Must be dependable, and punctual – when we schedule work we need our crews to be available to get the job done. • Experience with lawn renovation work, such as aerating, dethatching, and hydroseeding is a plus! • Although you don’t have to have your own transportation, if you do have a work truck that can be used for work, we will pay a higher wage, as well as reimburse for vehicle expenses. • Must be able to speak fluent English. Compensation Our starting wage is $20 an hour, although we will start those with proven experience at a higher wage, and additional compensation will be paid to those who have a work truck that can be used for work. Our busiest time of the year is March through June as this is the best time to do lawn renovation work. During this time we work long days, and we go 7 days a week (REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER), so if you are looking for part time work on the weekends, to supplement your income from another job, this is a possibility.
